The following is an itemized list of hazardous materials violations that have not been <br />addressed for Noll NorWesco as of September20, 2018. <br />Open violations from April 24, 2017 inspection <br />Violation #7 -Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br />release. <br />The emergency response procedures have not been submitted. A business plan shall include the following <br />emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not <br />limited to, the following: <br />- immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br />-procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br />- evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (GFRs) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />Violation #11 -Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />Employee training records were not available at the time of inspection. The business plan shall include provisions <br />for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be <br />documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately <br />provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. A site <br />map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan. <br />Violation #12 -Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br />Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br />response plans and procedures, the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br />this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br />for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br />plan readily available for review. <br />Page 1 of 1 <br />
