B. Notify the following individuals: <br />The Plant Manager (or his/her designee) will be responsible for the following: <br />The Plant Manager or his/her designee) will be responsible for immediately notifying <br />Emergency Services and Law Enforcement Personnel of the situation. <br />2. The Plant Manager or his/her designee) will make the decision whether to evacuate or not to <br />evacuate the facility. Please try to accommodate any demands made i.e. "threatening <br />party gives specific orders to not evacuate". If the facility is to he evacuated, <br />evacuation procedures outlined in Section Two (2) of the Emergency Action Plan (EAP) <br />will be used. <br />3. If the decision is made to search the facility prior to evacuation, all available employees will <br />make a thorough visual inspection of their work zone and report anything suspicious <br />immediately to their manager and/or supervisor who will in turn report any findings to the <br />Plant Manager (or his/her designee). <br />4. Employees MUST NOT touch anything suspicious. <br />5. Once clearance has been given, The Plant Manager or his/her designee) will be resporsibie <br />for immediately notifying the appropriate Senior Management Staff and the <br />Gibraltar Corporate Offices. <br />The rest of this 12ane was left intentionally blank <br />40 <br />
