Some of the Hazardous Materials Inventory- Chemical Description forms provided <br /> do not contain all of the information required. Specifically, Data Element#33 and <br /> #34 is required and can be found on the inventory forms at the Hazardous Materials <br /> Management Program Compliance Website. <br />
