4. Describe procedures for notifying onsite emergency response personnel and outside <br /> agencies (e.g., Fire, Health, Police, State OES) needed during hazardous materials <br /> emergencies. <br /> This is an unmanned facility <br /> 5. Describe any security system or equipment that could impede site access by <br /> emergency responders. <br /> The facility is secured with a chain-link fence that is closed and locked during non-business <br /> hours In addition all doors are kept locked and the alarm is activated after hours. <br /> OR: Possible fence and locks in place for access. <br /> 6. Describe procedures for notification and evacuation of visitors and employees during <br /> hazardous materials emergencies. Primary and alternate evacuation routes and <br /> assembly areas must be clearly identified on the site map. <br /> This is an unmanned facility. In the event personnel are present, verbal notification <br /> will be made. Evacuate away from the facility to the street. <br /> 7. Describe mitigation or clean-up procedures to be implemented by onsite personnel in <br /> the event of a release, threatened release, fire or explosion involving hazardous <br /> materials. Indicate if the business has an onsite emergency response team (ERT) and <br /> if so,describe how the ERT will interact with outside emergency response agencies <br /> if additional assistance is required. <br /> The person discovering the spill will: Keep others out of the area, attempt to stop the <br /> flow of the leak wear protective equipment and use spill kit to absorb the leak. if the <br /> leak/release is beyond the persons capabilities, they will call 9-1-1 immediately <br /> 8. Describe procedures for immediate inspection, isolation, and shutdown of equipment <br /> or systems that may be involved in a hazardous materials release or threatened <br /> release. <br /> Visual inspection of all affected areas or equipment will occur immediately.
