Notices of this <br />requirement were mailed in December with a 45 day due date. <br />Please submit your 2008 Annual Certification with any changes to <br />your Hazardous Materials Management Plan (HMMP) and Chemical <br />Inventory to our office no later than February 29, 2008 <br />If this requirement is not met by that date, we are required to <br />refer your file to the San Joaquin County Office of the District <br />Attorney for action. <br />All updates except for changes to facility maps can be performed <br />on our HMMP Compliance Website (www.sjoesdata.orq). You may have <br />updated your plan on this site but just neglected to submit your <br />Annual Certification. This can be done on the website by <br />selecting the link on the bottom right side of the website main <br />menu labelled "Office of Emergency Services Certification Form". <br />For your convenience, we are again providing the HMMP Website <br />Username and Password for the facility shown above.
