The annual update packets were mailed to <br />businesses in early December with a 45 day due date. <br />Chapter 6.95 of the California Health and Safety Code requires <br />businesses that handle hazardous materials in quantities above <br />specified amounts to complete and submit this plan and inventory. <br />Please submit your 2002 Hazardous Materials Management Plan <br />(HMMP) and Chemical Inventory or Certification Form to our office <br />by February 15, 2002 .
