Businesses in California which handle hazardous <br /> materials above specified quantities are required to prepare hazardous materials management plans <br /> for their employees' use in an emergency. The law requires the business to submit a copy of that <br /> plan, along with an inventory of their hazardous materials,to the County agency tasked with <br /> administering this program. <br /> This packet contains State and local forms, along with detailed instructions, to assist you with <br /> completing this requirement.
