The annual update packets were mailed to <br /> businesses in early December with a 45 day due date. <br /> Chapter 6 .95 of the California Health and Safety Code requires <br /> businesses that handle hazardous materials in quantities above <br /> specified amounts to complete and submit this plan and inventory. <br /> Please submit your 2002 Hazardous Materials Management Plan <br /> (HMMP) and Chemical Inventory or Certification Form to our office <br /> by February 15, 2002 .
