1 18th of next week to the U.S. Trustee.
2 MS. PARKINSON: Oh, okay.
3 MS . LITCHFIELD: 18th of December, which is
9 Wednesday of next week.
5 MS . PARKINSON; Okay. Because there --
6 apparently there was a representation that the fossils
7 were worth 8,000 -- 800, 000 plus to the Kola
8 Francheskas. Do you recall that?
9 MS . LITCHFIELD; Right.
10 MS. PARKINSON: Has there been -- have some of
11 them been sold off or removed since that representation?
12 MS , LITCHFIELD: Probably the majority of
13 fossils that have been sold were directly to the Kola
14 Francheskas, and there has not been a significant sell
15 of fossil and mineral assets. I think it was overstated
16 in our records, and we were trying to represent to the
17 Court what we thought was a more fair and accurate
18 accounting.
19 MS . PARKINSON: It was overstated when you
20 talked to the Kola Francheskas, and now you have a more
21 accurate accounting?
22 MS. LITCHFIELD: I -- that' s my belief, yes.
23 MS . PARKINSON: And no other fossils have been
29 removed or transferred, except for ones that were sold
25 to the Kola Francheskas?
DIAMOND COURT REPORTERS (916) 998-9288 39
