STOCKTON, CA. 95201 <br /> Re: Hazardous Materials Management Program <br /> An application for a complaint has been made to this office by the County of San Joaquin Office <br /> of Emergency Services, alleging your violation of Chapter 6.95, Sections 25503.5 to 25505 <br /> of the California Health and Safety Code. The Code requires businesses handling 55 gallons, <br /> 500 pounds, or 200 cubic feet of a hazardous material to submit a Hazardous Material <br /> Management Plan (HMMP)/Chemical Inventory to the County Administering Agency.
