Team Members need to ase equipment properly and <br />that when unsafe ads occur, corrective action will be taken to prevent them from <br />recurring. <br />TOPICS REVIEWED: <br />A: Notify department Lead, Supervisor or Manager of any unsafe areas or <br />conditions to be schedule them to be corrected. <br />B: Follow proper liffing, pushing and palling procedures (demonstrate). <br />C: Know when a machine is properly turned off and where all safety switches <br />are located. <br />D: Do not clean moving parts of equipment while in operation. <br />E: Clean up any oil or water spills (standing water) immediately to avoid a slip <br />and fall injury to self or co-worker. <br />F: Keep safety in mind while working, remember everyone looses when a Team <br />Member gets injured. <br />G: Attend all safety trainings. <br />NOTE: Team member's signature on this document verifies that he/she <br />attended this Safety Meeting.
