I Just received an invoice for our 2009 Hazmat Fee (plus 2 yr. back billing). They did add on an additional 981 "Penalty Fee, but were good to go! Also, Kathleen....can I get a copy of the "Project Insurance" cert. which names CB Richard Ellis as additional insured,and includes the amounts agreed upon in our Management Agreement. Thank you!
