The business plan <br /> information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) annually. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br /> beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 6 Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. The Business Activities <br /> Page and the Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not is not complete/accurate. The Business Activities <br /> Page indicates the this site is not a hazardous waste generator and the EPA ID# has not been identified; the Business <br /> Owner/Operator Page does not identify the name and contact information for the Secondary Emergency Contact, <br /> Property Owner, number of employees and the Facility ID Number . This information must be current and submitted as <br /> part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at <br /> hftp://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class 11 violation. <br /> 7 Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. Greater than 55 <br /> gallons of diesel was found on site that has not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable <br /> quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the <br /> EHD for approval. <br /> A 5,000 gallon and a 500 gallon above ground storage tanks were observed in use during the inspection. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 10 Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. A site map was not completed or submitted as <br /> part of the business plan. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, <br /> storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material <br /> handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment.
