As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately <br /> log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for <br /> approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 3 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br /> The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br /> System(CERS) annually. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br /> and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br /> The Business Owner/Operator Identification and the Business Activities Forms were not submitted. This information <br /> must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the <br /> EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25506(a) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br /> Bulk 450 pound tank was found on site and have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the <br /> reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental <br /> Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and <br /> submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br /> A site map was not completed or submitted as part of the business plan.
