The following corrections still have not be <br /> completed and submitted: <br /> If the business does not handle motor oil in quantities greater <br /> than 55 gallons, delete the chemical record <br /> California Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6. 95 requires <br /> training to new employees and all employees annually. The proof <br /> of required training by employees is required to be sumbitted to <br /> this office. <br /> NOTE: Training records were not available during last Business <br /> Plan inspection. <br /> Enclosed: Copy of the required training. <br />
