Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information <br />submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br />- A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br />- Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br />- A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br />Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map. Please address this <br />by either writing "NA" for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this <br />by the next submittal. <br />Starting September 1, 2018, all in -office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
