The following corrections still have not be <br />completed and submitted: <br />California Health and Safety Code, Chapter 6.95 requires <br />training for new employees and all employees annually. The <br />proof of required training by employees is required to be <br />sumbitted to this office. <br />Enclosed: Copy of the required training. <br />
