Only two chemical inventory form was submitted. Previous <br />inventories indicate an additional six chemicals. I have <br />enclosed a copy of your current chemical inventory on file with <br />OES. If your business still has these chemicals in the <br />reportable quantities, then a chemical inventory for each one <br />will be required. <br />
