• <br /> 1 4. Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as they are <br /> 2 doing business in the State of California, in the course of Defendant's AUTO LUBE SERVICE activities, <br /> 3 are pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17203 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br /> 4 a. Violating Chapter 6.95 of the Health and Safety Code as described in paragraph 3 - 3e <br /> 5 above. <br /> 6 5. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS <br /> 7 ($675.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code §§17200 et seq. Said <br /> 8 payments shall be made 12Uable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the <br /> 9 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before <br /> 10 September 30, 2007. <br /> 11 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS <br /> 12 ($675.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health & Safety Code §§25514 and 25515.2. Said <br /> 13 payment shall be due and payable to the following in accordance with Health and Safety Code §§25514 <br /> 14 and 25515.2: <br /> 15 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney$337.50 <br /> 16 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services $337.50 <br /> 17 Said payments shall be delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 18 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before September 30, 2007. <br /> 19 7. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400.00), for <br /> 20 partial cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. Said <br /> 21 payments shall be made 12a,}able to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY <br /> 22 SERVICES and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental <br /> 23 Prosecutions Unit, on or before July 6, 2007. <br /> 24 8. Defendants shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS <br /> 25 ($700.00), for partial cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of the <br /> 26 District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and navable to and delivered to the San Joaquin County <br /> 27 Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before July 6, 2007. <br /> 28 <br /> 3. <br />
