Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as they are 2 doing business in the State of California, in the course of Defendant's AUTO LUBE SERVICE activities, 3 are pursuant to Business and Professions Code §17203 hereby permanently enjoined from: 4 a. Violating Chapter 6.95 of the Health and Safety Code as described in paragraph 3 - 3e 5 above. 6 5. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS 7 ($675.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Business and Professions Code §§17200 et seq. Said 8 payments shall be made 12Uable to the TREASURER OF SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the 9 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before 10 September 30, 2007. 11 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of SIX HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS 12 ($675.00), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health & Safety Code §§25514 and 25515.2. Said 13 payment shall be due and payable to the following in accordance with Health and Safety Code §§25514 14 and 25515.2: 15 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney$337.50 16 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services $337.50 17 Said payments shall be delivered to the Office of the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, 18 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before September 30, 2007. 19 7. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS ($400.00), for 20 partial cost of investigation incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services. Said 21 payments shall be made 12a,}able to the SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY OFFICE OF EMERGENCY 22 SERVICES and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, Environmental 23 Prosecutions Unit, on or before July 6, 2007. 24 8. Defendants shall additionally pay to plaintiff the sum of SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS 25 ($700.00), for partial cost of investigation and suit incurred by the San Joaquin County Office of the 26 District Attorney. Said payment shall be due and navable to and delivered to the San Joaquin County 27 Office of the District Attorney, Environmental Prosecutions Unit, on or before July 6, 2007. 28 3.
