The total amount now <br />owing is $297.00. <br />If a business is unable to pay the HMMP fee in one payment, they will be given the <br />opportunity to make payments according to a set payment schedule. These payments will <br />include a 10% late penalty. Please contact our office at 468-3969 to make arrangements. <br />By law, all business licenses and building permits must be reviewed for compliance with the <br />provisions of Chapter 6.95 of the California Health and Safety Code. If a business is <br />delinquent in their annual fee, it could lead to delays or rejection of the license or permit <br />process. <br />Your payment should be made payable to the Office of Emergency Services.
