(continued) <br /> Your supervisor will inform you of your scheduled starting time at the end of each <br /> day's shift. <br /> If there is a problem with your time card, notify your supervisor immediately. <br /> Punch only your own time card, do not write on, deface or apply stickers to your <br /> time cards <br /> 2. Absence and Tardiness: <br /> Every employee is a part of a team and all our effort is needed to get the job done <br /> Tardiness puts an added burden on the other employees and supervisors. If you <br /> must be absent from work, please notify your Supervisor the day before. In the <br /> event of illness, please contact the office or your Supervisor 30 minutes prior to <br /> your shift starting time. <br /> Excessive tardiness and/or absence may result in termination. <br /> 3. Pay Period: <br /> Pay is issued every Wednesday. The pay period starts on a Sunday and ends on a <br /> Saturday. No advances or loans will be given. Employee must pick up their own <br /> paychecks. The only exception to this rule is if a written request which is signed <br /> by the employee is given in advance to your Supervisor. <br /> 4. -Conduct: <br /> Each employee is expected to perform in a manner which results in productive, <br /> quality work.
