Drugs and Alcohol: <br /> Possession, use, and/or being under the influence of illegal drugs or alcohol during <br /> working hours is not permitted. The use of legal drugs which impair an <br /> employee's ability to perform adequately and safely is also prohibited. Violation <br /> of criminal statutes will result in referral of the matter to law enforcement <br /> authorities. <br /> 6. Parking: <br /> All employees are to park in the employee parking lot. If employees do not park <br /> in the designated areas they will be asked to move their vehicles. Please always <br /> drive in a safe manner and keep the parking area clean, free of papers, etc. <br /> 7. Visitors: <br /> Visitors to the facility must check in at the Main Office. Security will call the <br /> main office to obtain approval for employees to receive any visitor, so if you <br /> expect a visitor, you must notify your Supervisor and be prepared to explain the <br /> need for the visit. Employee visitors will not be allowed except in emergency <br /> situations. <br /> 8. Smoking; <br /> Smoking is allowed only in the specified areas. For safety, no smoking is <br /> permitted on the packing line or cold storage rooms. <br /> 9. Personal Business d Phone ll <br /> Any incoming phone calls will be referred to your Supervisors. Personal calls are <br /> very disruptive and should be limited to emergency situations. Outgoing telephone <br /> calls are to be made at break time only.
