FARMINGTON FRESH SALES, LLC <br /> EMPLOYEE POLICY <br /> 10. Housekeeping: <br /> Please keep the lunch room, the rest rooms, and the parking lot as clean as <br /> possible. Trash receptacles have been provided for your use. No food or drink is <br /> permitted outside the designated areas. Hands must be washed after rest room <br /> use. <br /> 11. Personal Property <br /> The company is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal property. <br /> Employees are advised not to bring large amounts of cash or valuables to work. <br /> 12. Company Property <br /> Company property is not to be removed from the packing house without the <br /> permission of the packing house manager. This includes fruit, boxes, office forms <br /> and other items found in the packing house. <br /> 13. Protective Equipment: <br /> Gloves are provided by the company for the packing line and will be replaced <br /> when worn out. Lost or forgotten gloves will be sold to the employees as needed. <br /> Gloves are required of all employees who directly handle the fruit. <br /> 14. Personal Appearance and Safety, <br /> Employees are required to come to work dressed in safe clothing. Loose clothing, <br /> rings, jewelry, and long hair styles may be disallowed if they would be dangerous <br /> when working near certain types of machinery. Shoes which cover the entire foot <br /> are mandatory.
