The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br /> year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at <br /> http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> Last submittal was done 2014. Paper work on site dated 2010/2011. Print out report yearly. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br /> All employees lack yearly training . The business plan shall include provisions for ensuring that appropriate <br /> personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be documented electronically or by hard <br /> copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately provide employee training for <br /> appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c)Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request. The emergency <br /> response plans and procedures,the inventory of information required by this article, and the site map required by <br /> this section shall be readily available to personnel of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities <br /> for emergency response or training pursuant to this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business <br /> plan readily available for review. <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by February 3, 2018 . <br /> Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br /> information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
