Section H. H2 does not account for the hazardous materials <br /> stored at other areas of the facility; H6, box 6, and H8 have not been competed for the diesel tank and emergency <br /> shutoff; H9 does not note the location of the welding gas in the shop and the Freon storage areas; H5 and H11 have <br /> not been completed for the fire suppression sprinkler system. A business plan shall include the following <br /> emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not <br /> limited to, the following: <br /> - Immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - Procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br /> persons, property, or the environment <br /> - Evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br /> During the inspection, it was found that 560 cubic feet of compressed oxygen, 220 cubic feet of acetylene, 185 <br /> gallon tank of used oil, 55 gallons of simple green, at least eight 55 gallon drums of antifreeze, two 55 gallon drums <br /> of super clean, two hundred twenty-seven 30 pound cylinders of Freon 134a, at least 55 gallons of diesel exhaust <br /> fluid and thousands of gallons of motor oil were found on site and the updated information has not been submitted. <br /> Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically update the information submitted to the <br /> California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> -A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> -Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> -A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br /> Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br /> correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, within 30 days of receiving the completed inspection report. <br /> Facility does not have internal roads and this element was not addressed on the site map. Please address this <br /> by either writing "NA" for not applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this <br /> by the next submittal. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
