A Hazardous Materials Business <br />Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous <br />material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are <br />liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />2 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to electronically submit a business plan. <br />A complete business plan was not submitted electronically to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />As of January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into <br />the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />7 HSC 25506(a) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />Reportable amounts of diesel, antifreeze, motor oil and hydraulic oil were found on site that have not been reported. <br />Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the <br />materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />10 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br />A site map has not been submitted. A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, <br />adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, <br />hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. Immediately log into the <br />California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Page 2 of 4
