Hazelton Ave. PERMIT HEALTH Stockton, CA 95205 /SERVICES RE: Name Change for Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Facility Permit, Permit No. PT0011760, issued to Horizon Milling, LLC To Whom It May Concern: You recently received a notification letter and if required necessary forms regarding Small Quantity Hazardous Waste Generator Facility Permit, Permit No. PT0011760 (the"Affected Permit"), which is currently utilized in connection with the operation of the facility located at 3939 Producers Drive, Stockton, California 95206 (the"Affected Facility'). The purpose of this letter is to provide clarification that the correspondence you received is notification of name change only for the Affected Facility currently owned by Horizon Milling, LLC. In connection with the completion of the transactions, a series of reorganizational steps will take place in connection with the closing to effect the combination of the businesses under the Horizon Milling, LLC business entity, which will be the primary holder of the joint venture's U.S. assets and will be renamed as Ardent Mills, LLC. These steps will not,however, affect the operations at the Affected Facility. This transaction is currently expected to close by June 1, 2014. Upon the completion of the closing,the ultimate ownership of Ardent Mills, LLC will be: Cargill, Incorporated (44%), CHS, Inc. (12%) and ConAgra Foods, Inc. (44%). The Affected Facility's operations and processes will not change as a result of this transaction.
