Attached is
the Return to Compliance Certification for the Hazardous Program.
The minor violations were addressed as follows:
1. CERS was updated on June 14, 2017 to include 145 gallons of diesel fuel.
2. Per the attached photo, the capacitors are non -PCB and have been placed in the oily debris waste drum for
proper disposal.
The 3 — 55 gallon drums at the back of the site contained rain water that leached into the drums. Staff
confirmed the drums were placed at the location empty. The plastic tops disintegrated due to exposure to
the elements. The water was removed and staff placed drums in the scrap bin.
For clarification, there were no violations noted for the CaIARP inspection. Did you still need a return to Return to
Compliance Certification?
Thank you.
Debi
J11DIDistrict
MogIrrigatioation
waM aw Po
Debra Fenters
Environmental Compliance Officer
Modesto Irrigation District
929 Woodland Ave
Modesto, CA 95352
(209) 526-7321
(209) 652-9159 Nextel
From: Haza Saeed [EH] [mailto:hsaeed@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Wednesday, June 14, 2017 12:10 PM
To: Debra Fenters; Chris Tuggle; Jeff Fairbanks
