This listed number is incorrect. A business plan shall <br /> include the following emergency response procedures for a release or threatened release of hazardous materials, <br /> including, but not limited to,the following: -immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the <br /> Environmental Health Department(EHD): (209)468-3420 -procedures for the mitigation of a release or <br /> threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to persons, property, or the environment - <br /> evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice,for the site Immediately log into the California <br /> Environmental Reporting System (CERS)at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, <br /> and submit to the EHD for approval. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> 12 HSC 25505(c)Failed to have the business plan readily available to facility or EHD personnel. <br /> Facility could not provide the Emergency Response Plan and the Chemical inventory upon request neither the <br /> facility personals have access to CERS. The emergency response plans and procedures,the inventory of <br /> information required by this article, and the site map required by this section shall be readily available to personnel <br /> of the business or the unified program facility with responsibilities for emergency response or training pursuant to <br /> this section. Immediately make arrangements to have the business plan readily available for review. <br /> Corrected onsite <br /> This is a minor violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> Onsite to conduct a hazardous materials business plan (HMBP) inspection. There were four violations during the <br /> inspection. One violation was corrected onstie at the time of the inspection. For the other three open violations <br /> complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br /> documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br /> paperwork, by 11/16/2018 . <br /> The "Federal Hazard Categories" section for the chemical inventory have not been updated per 2018 <br /> requirement. The submitted business plan contains obsolete data Elements and should be updated and/or <br /> replaced with valid Data Elements before submitting your inventory <br /> Facility does not have storm/sewer drains, and internal roads. Please address this by either writing "NA"for not <br /> applicable or a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this by the next submittal. <br /> Keep singing forms/list of all employees for all the employees HMBP trainings onsite or have access to the <br /> electronic records. <br /> Starting September 1, 2018, all in-office CERS help will be provided at EHD hourly rate ($152).
