18. ALL DOCUMENTS that that constitute, discuss, describe, mention or refer to
<br /> training for employees at the FACILITIES pursuant to the FACILITY/FACILITIES'
<br /> BUSINESS PLAN(s).
<br /> 19. All DOCUMENTS that constitute, discuss, describe, mention or refer to
<br /> emergency response plans and procedures, or hazardous waste contingency plans for each
<br /> of the FACILITIES.
<br /> 20. All DOCUMENTS that constitute, discuss, describe, mention or refer to any
<br /> enforcement action, including but not limited to written advisements, warning notices,
<br /> notices to comply, notices of noncompliance, notices of violation, administrative orders,
<br /> prepared by YOU with respect to the FACILITIES, which you provided to UHC, UHI,
<br /> ARE, AMERCO, and/or UHRE.
<br /> 21. ALL DOCUMENTS that constitute, discuss, describe, mention or refer to any
<br /> return to compliance notification provided to YOU by UHC, UHT, ARE, AMERCO
<br /> and/or UHRE, relating to the FACILITIES.
<br /> 22. All DOCUMENTS reflecting, discussing, describing and/or referring to
<br /> payment(s) by UHC, UHI, ARE, AMERCO and/or UHRE, to YOU for permit(s)
<br /> regarding the FACILITIES.
<br /> 23. ALL DOCUMENTS reflecting, discussing describing or referring to payment(s)
<br /> by UHC, UHI, ARE, AMERCO, and/or UHRE, to YOU for fines, penalties or costs
<br /> regarding the FACILITIES.
<br /> 24, All DOCUMENTS constituting, documenting, referring or relating to
<br /> COMMUNICATIONS from YOU to UHC, UHI, ARE, AMERCO, and/or UHRE,
<br /> regarding the FACILITIES.
<br /> 25. All DOCUMENTS constituting, documenting, referring or relating to
<br /> COMMUNICATIONS to YOU from, or on behalf of, UHC, UHI, ARE, AMERCO,
<br /> and/or UHRE, regarding the FACILITIES.
