Per our conversation, San Joaquin County Office of Emergency
• Services does not issue permits for Hazardous Materials,as it is not required by the State at this time. In
lieu of an actual permit,we will continue to operate with our current HMBP/HMIS, the current invoice
and this letter, demonstrating that we are in compliance, until the next renewal invoice has been issued
and received.
In addition,I am sending a separate letter to San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department,
attention Ray Von Flue.
Please don't hesitate to contact me with any questions or concerns.
Sincerely,
Natalie Shepard
AT&T Environment,Health &Safety
Cc: File
ESM
•
