Mr. David Cavagnaro February 21, 2006 <br /> FEES FOR PAST YEARS Page 2 <br /> The information that plans should have been filed for the past years in question by your business <br /> is based, in part, on the statement provided by Mrs. Cavagnaro during the inspection I performed <br /> at your facility on June 10, 2005. At that time, Mrs. Cavagnaro said the material had been on <br /> site since 1997. I noted the type of material, quantity of material, and the length of time the <br /> material has been at this site on the inspection form. Mrs. Cavagnaro was provided a signed <br /> copy of this inspection form at the end of the inspection. <br /> In addition to Mrs. Cavagnaro's statement, a letter from you dated October 12, 2005 states, "This <br /> waste oil we had was from years ago and I just wanted to get it disposed properly." (See <br /> attachment) <br /> Your bill was calculated based on this information and the requirements of applicable Ordinance <br /> and statutes. I hope I have provided the answer to your question.
