CORECTIVE ACTIONS TAKEN BY A.TEICHERT & SON INC. STOCKTON <br />CONSTRUCTION FROM SAN JAQUIN ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br />DEPARTMENT INSPECTION ON SEPTEMBER o6, 2016 BY ROBERT LOPEZ <br />Corrective Action: Added New Antifreeze, Waste Antifreeze & Zep Product have been added to CERS <br />inventory as well as added to the site map. See appendix A <br />Corrective Action: Updated site map to include, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points and the <br />hazardous material handling and storage areas. The site map also contains a north orientation, loading <br />areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency <br />shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br />response equipment. See appendix B <br />Corrective Action: Verified emergency response procedures and documented them on the contingency <br />plan. Verified all the numbers listed were current for local emergency personnel and San Joaquin <br />Environmental Health Department. Made necessary updates and updated the documents to CERS <br />See appendix C <br />Corrective Action: Employee training was uploaded to CERS and has been added to the HMBP at the <br />site. See appendix D <br />Corrective Action: HMBP was found and updated. A copy will be stored in each building so they will be <br />readily available.
