The business is no longer <br />stores 3,000 pounds, and only store a maximum of 303 pounds of Ammonium Hydroxide. The updated information <br />has not been submitted to CERS. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically <br />updatethe information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br />- A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br />- Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br />- A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This was corrected on site. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />11 <br />HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />Records of employees trainings were not available onsite during the inspection. The business plan shall include <br />provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be <br />documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately <br />provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Onsite to conduct a hazardous materials business plan (HMBP) inspection. There were five violations during the <br />inspection. One violation was corrected onsite at the time of the inspection. For the remaining four violations, <br />complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 11/25/2018 . <br />Notes: <br />Facility does not have storm/sewer drains onsite. Please address this by either writing "NA" for not applicable or <br />a statement that says the element is not on site. Please correct this by the next submittal. <br />All the reportable liquid hazardous materials should be reported in gallons except for Extremely Hazardous <br />Substances (EHS), and all the reportable solid hazardous materials should be reported in pounds. <br />Any reportable chemicals that submitted to CERS and the business is no longer storing this chemical onsite, <br />and not intending to use them in the future should be discarded from the Hazardous Materials Inventory in <br />CERS. <br />FA0010093 PRO520068 SCO01 10/26/2018 <br />EHD 19-01 Rev. 09/22/16 Page 3 of 4 Hazardous Materials Program OIR <br />
