I SALES activities in the County of San Joaquin and elsewhere in the State of California. <br /> 2 3. Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as <br /> 3 they are doing business in the State of California, in the course of defendant's TIRE SALES <br /> 4 activities, are pursuant to Health and Safety Code § 25516 hereby permanently enjoined from: <br /> 5 a) Violation of§§ 25503.5 and 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code by failing to <br /> 6 file timely and comprehensive Hazardous Materials Management Plans with the County Office of <br /> 7 Emergency Services for the business located at 340 N. WILSON WAY, STOCKTON, <br /> 8 CALIFORNIA. <br /> 9 4. Defendants with actual or constructive knowledge of this injunction, only in so far as <br /> 10 they are doing business in the State of California, in the course of defendant's TIRE SALES <br /> 11 activities, are pursuant to Business and Professions Code § 17204 hereby permanently enjoined <br /> 12 from: <br /> 13 a) Violation of§§ 25503.5 and 25505 of the California Health and Safety Code by failing to <br /> 14 file timely and comprehensive Hazardous Materials Management Plans with the County Office of <br /> 15 Emergency Services for the business located at 340 N. WILSON WAY, STOCKTON, <br /> 16 CALIFORNIA. <br /> 17 5. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-SEVEN <br /> 18 DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($127.50), as and for civil penalties,pursuant to Business and <br /> 19 Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq.. Said payments shall be made payable to the TREASURER OF <br /> 20 SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY and delivered to the San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney, <br /> 21 Environmental Prosecutions Unit, prior to the filing of this Final Judgment. <br /> 22 6. Defendants shall pay to plaintiff the sum of THREE HUNDRED TWENTY- <br /> 23 SEVEN DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS ($327.50), as and for civil penalties, pursuant to Health <br /> 24 & Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2. Said payment shall be due and 12uable to the following in <br /> 25 accordance with Health and Safety Code §§ 25514 and 25515.2: <br /> 26 San Joaquin County Office of the District Attorney $63.75 <br /> 27 San Joaquin County Office of Emergency Services$63.75 <br /> 28 2 <br />
