Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System(CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. This is a minor violation. 5 Failed to submit hazardous materials business plan annually. A current Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been submitted. The Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be submitted by January 15th of each calendar year. The Hazardous Materials Business Plan includes the following information: Business Activities, Business Owner/Operator Identification, Hazardous Material Inventory, and Site Map.
