Business did not submit for 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. The last submittal date was 5/30/2013. As of <br />January 1, 2013, all businesses were required to submit all business plans electronically. Immediately log into the <br />CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 3 HSC 25507 Failed to establish and implement a hazardous materials business plan. <br />A Hazardous Materials Business Plan has not been established or implemented. A Hazardous Materials Business <br />Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency response to a release or threatened release of a <br />hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials <br />that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 4 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit the Business Activities or Owner/Operator Identification page. <br />The Business Owner/Operator Identification form was not complete. The form was missing curerent contact people <br />and contact information. The form currently has old Facility Administrator name listed as a contact. Please update the <br />information in the business activities page and the owner operator page. This information must be current and <br />submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) <br />at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 5 HSC 25506(a) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />1150lbs 2.0k dry acid concentrate,120 gallons of sodium bicarb solution, and 600 gallons of gran flow solution were <br />found on site that have not been reported. Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be <br />reported in the facility's business plan.
