The max daily amount says 500 cubic feet of <br />propane. The max daily amount should say 500 gallons or 17,985 cubic feet of propane . Please update the max <br />daily amount. <br /> This information must be current and submitted as part of the business plan. Immediately log into the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and <br />submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br />The site map was not completed as part of the business plan. The site map is missing emergency response <br />equipment locations (fire extinguishers, spill kits), evacuation staging area, emergency shut offs for the fuel, utilities <br />shut offs, fuel fill port for the the tanks, exit locations, loading and unloading area for the fuel. <br /> A site map shall contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer <br />drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and <br />storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list <br />it on the map and label as “NA". Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The facility section was last submitted on 7/10/2017. The inventory and plans section <br />were last submitted on 5/6/2016. Please submit all sections for 2018. <br /> The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br />beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 9/28/2018 . <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
