Any material that meets or exceeds the reportable quantity shall be <br />reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year <br />and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 10 HSC 25508.1(a)-(f) Failed to submit revisions to business plan within 30 days of substantial change in operations. <br />During the inspection, it was found that Richard Montiel is no longer with the company and the updated information <br />has not been submitted. Within 30 days of one the following events, business shall electronically updatethe <br />information submitted to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS): <br /> - A 100 percent or more increase in the quantity of a previously disclosed material. <br /> - Any handling of a previously undisclosed hazardous materials <br /> - A change of business address, business ownership, or business name. <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 5/13/2017. <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials information <br />online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov. Be sure to include <br />your hazardous material activity in the Businesses Activities section in CERS in addition to any other relevant <br />activities and required fields. <br />Page 2 of 3
