<br /> 4 During the September 28, 2012, UST inspection, the only employee on site, Mr.
<br /> Harnek Singh, was not trained by the designated operator.
<br /> T23, CCR 2715(f)(2) Designated operator employee training not current for at least
<br /> one employee on site. By July 1, 2005, and every twelve months thereafter, the
<br /> designated UST operator(s) shall train facility employees for which he or she is
<br /> responsible in the proper operation and maintenance of the underground storage tank
<br /> system. For facility employees hired on or after July 1, 2005, the initial training shall be
<br /> conducted within 30 days of the date of hire.
<br /> (2) At least one of the facility employees present during operating hours shall have
<br /> current training in accordance with subdivision (f)(1). For facilities that are not
<br /> routinely staffed, the designated UST operator shall implement a facility employee
<br /> training program approved by the local agency.
<br /> 4 During the July 28, 2010, UST inspection, the only employee on site, Mr.
<br /> Khajevandi, was not trained by the designated operator within the past 12 months.
