Proof of employee training has not been submitted as <br /> reqested. Note, training is required by law. Reference Title <br /> 19 California Code of Regulations, Chapter 4 Article 4 Section <br /> 2732 Training and the 1998 Uniform Fire Code, Appendix 11-E, <br /> Hazardous Materials Management Plan Section 3 .2 . 8 Employee <br /> Training. <br /> A training program appropriate to the types and quantities of <br /> materials stored or used shall be conducted to prepare employees <br /> to safely handle hazardous materials on a daily basis and during <br /> emergencies. The Training program shall include: <br /> 1 . Instruction in safe storage and handling of hazardous <br /> materials, including maintenance of monitoring records, <br /> 2 . Instruction in emergency procedures for leaks, spills, fires <br /> or explosions, including shutdown of operations and evacuation <br /> procedures, and <br /> 3 . Record-keeping procedures for documenting training given to <br /> employees . <br />
