As expected, you begin this litigation by <br />misquoting my first written correspondence with your office. Nothing in my fax of May 9, 2000 <br />indicated that you were directed to deal with me only by fax. Your statutory notice requirements <br />are of course controlling without some sort of authority greater than myself. At this time, we do <br />not have an agreement regarding fax service. If you would like to propose such an agreement, in <br />writing, I will review it. As you might be aware the answers must be verified and that, to date, <br />there are three pending cases. If you believe that my pleadings are deficient in any way, please <br />provide a case citation and suggested language by noon today. This complaint has been used for <br />several years and I believe will stand judicial scrutiny.
