You <br />may have updated your Hazardous Materials Management Plan, but merely failed to submit your certification. This can be completed <br />via the Internet. Log on to our website with your Username (14010) and Password (GA211024), then go to the "Main Menu", and on <br />the right side click on "Office of Emergency Services Certification Form". Read the st0ement, check the box once, and click on <br />submit. Once you have completed this step, print out the acknowledgement for your records. <br />If you have a Farm account log on to our website with your Username (14010) and Password (GA211024), select "Submit Inventory <br />Form" on the right side of the "Main Menu". Make any necessary changes and click the "Submit Inventory" button on the bottom of <br />the form.
