Business shall train employees on reporting and <br />cleaning up oil spills. A Hazardous Materials Business Plan shall be established and implemented for emergency <br />response to a release or threatened release of a hazardous material when storing hazardous materials at or above the <br />thresholds quantities of 55 gallons for materials that are liquids, 500 pounds for solids, or 200 cubic feet for <br />compressed gas, at standard temperature and pressure. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the required information, and submit for review by the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />C-ai o <br />3 <br />HSC 25508.2 Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. Submittal was not accepted on 4/3/2015 and no follow ups or corrections have been made. <br />The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar year and may be submitted <br />beginning November 1 of the previous year. Immediately log into the CERS at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, enter the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />c,o•c"'Z�s v S'. <br />10 <br />HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br />A site map was not submitted to CERS. Business shall upload a copy of the site map into CERS. A site map shall <br />contain a north orientation, loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit <br />points, emergency shutoffs, evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency <br />response equipment. Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at <br />http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br />HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br />11 <br />release. <br />The emergency response procedures were not completed and submitted to CERS.
