Highway 120 <br />Ripon, CA 95366 <br />Kasey Foley, <br />RECEIVED <br />JAN 7 4 2T1 <br />ENNARONNIENTAL HEALTH <br />DEPARTMENT <br />The Wine Group is a designated Non -Responding Facility for the purposes of responding <br />to serious emergencies that may occur at our facility. In the case of an emergency <br />situation, the main responsibility of our personnel and staff is to follow the procedures that <br />are documented in our Emergency Action Plan including: notification of Local Emergency <br />Responders; equipment shutdown (if possible to be performed safely without the aid of <br />Personal Protective Equipment); personnel evacuation in accordance with our posted <br />evacuation routes; assembly at designated locations; and/or shelter in place within on- <br />site structures when decided to be the safest option. The objectives of our Emergency <br />Action Plan are to: save lives; minimize and avoid injuries; protect the environment; and <br />minimize property damage. <br />In accordance with our designation as a Non -Responding Facility, this correspondence <br />serves as both notification and coordination with our Local Emergency Responders for <br />the purpose of confirming your organization's ability to respond to emergencies at our <br />facility at any given time, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, including, but not limited to: <br />- Environmental Releases (ammonia, sulfur dioxide, ethyl alcohol, sulfuric acid) <br />- Fire (structural and flammable liquid fire) <br />- Natural Disaster (earthquake, tornado, wild fire) <br />- Medical Emergency <br />- Confined Space Entrance and Rescue <br />We request that you sign and return this letter as acknowledgment of receipt, and as <br />confirmation of your organization's ability to respond to our facility, as well as indicate an <br />estimated expected response time based on our location. Additionally, if there is any <br />specific information that we may be able to provide to you that would allow you to better <br />understand potential hazards and/or better prepare for a possible emergency response, <br />please indicate such materials in the space provided. <br />Page 1 of 2 <br />
