Any material that meets or exceeds the <br />reportable quantity shall be reported in the facility's business plan. Immediately log into the California Environmental <br />Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, add the materials to the hazardous material inventory, and <br />submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 6 HSC 25505(a)(2) Failed to complete and/or submit a site map with all required content. <br />The site map was not complete as part of the business plan. The site map is missing storm drain locations, loading <br />dock locations, and a legend explaining what the symbols mean. A site map shall contain a north orientation, <br />loading areas, internal roads, adjacent streets, storm and sewer drains, access and exit points, emergency shutoffs, <br />evacuation staging areas, hazardous material handling and storage areas, and emergency response equipment. If <br />a site map element is not applicable for your facility then list it on the map and label as “NA". Immediately log into <br />the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the correct or updated <br />information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 7 HSC 25505(a)(3) Failed to establish and/or submit emergency response procedures for a release or threatened <br />release. <br />The emergency response procedures were is missing the local Unified Program Agency (UPA) phone number witch <br />is 209-468-3420. A business plan shall include the following emergency response procedures for a release or <br />threatened release of hazardous materials, including, but not limited to, the following: <br /> - immediate notification of local emergency personnel and the Environmental Health Department (EHD) <br /> - procedures for the mitigation of a release or threatened release to minimize any potential harm or damage to <br />persons, property, or the environment <br /> - evacuation plans and procedures, including immediate notice, for the site <br />Immediately log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov/, upload the <br />correct or updated information, and submit to the EHD for approval. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br /> 9 HSC 25508(a)(1) Failed to annually review and certify that the business plan is complete, accurate, and up to date. <br />The business plan information has not been reviewed and resubmitted in the California Environmental Reporting <br />System (CERS) annually. The business plan was not submitted between November 1st of 2017 - January 15th <br />2018. The business activities section was submitted late in March 2018. The inventory section and plans section <br />was not submitted for 2018.The hazardous materials inventory shall be submitted by January 15 of each calendar <br />year and may be submitted beginning November 1 of the previous year.
