Hazelton Avenue ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH <br /> Stockton, California 95201 PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> MONITORING WELL INSTALLATIONS <br /> CITY OF ESCALON - WWTP <br /> San Joaquin County, California <br /> WKA No. 1135.01 <br /> As requested we are submitting this work plan for the installation of ground water monitoring <br /> wells at the subject property. <br /> The scope of our work will include the installation of three ground water monitoring wells <br /> extended to an anticipated maximum depth of 50 feet below existing grade at the locations <br /> shown on Plate 1. The wells will utilize three-inch diameter PVC with appropriate screens, filter <br /> packs and seals; well installations and completion will be in accordance with current California <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board and EPA protocol (Plate 2). <br /> The materials encountered during drilling will be logged by an experienced field geologist; all <br /> work will be performed under the direct supervision of a certified engineering geologist. <br /> Upon completion of our field work, we will prepare a letter report presenting the locations and <br /> logs of all three wells. <br /> Please feel free to call me if you have any questions regarding our proposed scope of work. <br /> Wallace - Kuhl & Associates, Inc. <br /> Christopher L.
