Businesses must also submit copies of these plans, along with <br /> an annual inventory, to public safety agencies for their use in protecting responders and the <br /> public. The inventory information is also made available to the public under right-to-know <br /> provisions of the law. <br /> Businesses operating in San Joaquin County must disclose to our office whether they are using <br /> hazardous materials in their operations. The attached survey form will allow you to meet this <br /> requirement. Please complete and return this form after reading the information on its reverse <br /> side. Your response is required by State law.
