Environmental Health Department <br />Hazardous Materials Program Inspection Report <br />Date: <br />June 22, 2018 <br /> Facility Address: <br /> 4943 S HWY 99 , STOCKTON <br /> Facility Name: <br /> 7-ELEVEN INC #32190 <br />RemarksItem # <br /> 5 HSC 25506(a)(1) Failed to complete and/or submit hazardous materials inventory for all reportable materials on site. <br />The propane is being misreported with the largest container of 63 gallons and a maximum of 315 gallons. The only <br />propane I found on site was the Blue Rhino in a cage to the east of the main entrance. Each cylinder is filled to 3.5 <br />gallons and there are 12 bringing the total to 42 gallons. This is under the reportable quantity of 55 gallons and can <br />be deleted from the inventory. <br />This is a minor violation. <br /> 11 HSC 25505(a)(4) Failed to provide or document initial and/or refresher training to appropriate personnel. <br />Current safety training for all employees was not available for inspection . The business plan shall include <br />provisions for ensuring that appropriate personnel receive initial and annual refresher training. This training shall be <br />documented electronically or by hard copy and shall be made available for a minimum of three years. Immediately <br />provide employee training for appropriate personnel and submit a copy of the training records to the EHD. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification form to the EHD with a statement <br />documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation, and any supporting <br />paperwork, by 7/22/2018 . <br />Please be aware as of January 1, 2013, all businesses are required to submit all hazardous materials <br />information online to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS) at http://cers.calepa.ca.gov.
