You requested that section E3 be updated to list the emergency staging <br />area. <br />Resolution 2: Section E3 of the emergency response plan has been updated and is available for <br />your review CERS. <br />Item 3: On your inspection report you noted that the hazardous materials inventory and <br />emergency response plan were not available for review. You requested that these documents be <br />placed onsite and be readily available for review. <br />Resolution 3: The documents were placed onsite by the Field Consultant on 5/21/2018. <br />This letter should address the item(s) noted on the Inspection Report. 7 -Eleven assumes that all <br />issues regarding this report have been resolved and are closed at this time.
